Returns management in ShipUp is enabled through a partnership with ZigZag.

ShipUp automatically handles pushing all outbound orders to ZigZag's platform, so that they are available in the return portal.

However, in order order to enable some returns features such as Live Exchanges, or configure non-returnable products integration with ZigZag via API or FTP is necessary.

Live exchanges

Live Exchanges enables customers to instantly request for a new item purchase in exchange for the return of the original.

This feature will present the available products from a predefined Stock listing which are supplied separately, visible for selection within the branded portal.

Requesting an exchange, the customer will be directed to a predefined choice of alternate item based on the one or variation of:
• Alternate Size or Colour of same Product
• Alternate Product based on agreed Category and / or discrepancy agreed price
• Alternate Product from available stock, based on matching rules

In order to enable the Live Exchanges feature, the following feeds should be provided:

To enable Live Exchanges to be available in multiple Countries:

  • Product Feed to be uploaded to CountryIso2Code folder name under sFTP Directory in feeds/inventory
  • Price Feed to be uploaded to CountryIso2Code folder name under sFTP Directory in feeds/price
  • Order Feed Currency must equal Default Country Currency
