# Feedback scenario and sub scenario

The <code>scenario</code> and <code>sub\_scenario</code> are used to describe what path the online shopper took during the survey. The <code>scenario</code> is the answer to the first question where the online shopper is asked to give the reason of his/her dissatisfaction. The <code>sub\_scenario</code> provides additional information of a particular scenario.
