For **Click & Collect orders**, trackers are not associated with a carrier: the customer collects their order directly from one of the merchant’s pickup points.

To provide customers with the information they need for collection, merchants can send Shipup by Zigzag details about their pickup points, such as the **store name, address, opening hours, phone number, and GPS coordinates**.

Pickup point information can then be used across the Click & Collect experience, including **customer notifications and tracking pages**, so customers know exactly **where and when to collect their order**.

Pickup point information is provided by uploading a CSV file containing the merchant’s store details. Each pickup point is identified by a unique `merchant_id`, which is then included in the tracker payload to associate a Click & Collect order with the correct pickup point.
